Antonio C. Delgado introduced a pioneering fuel and water services to ships in Manila Bay in 1946. The company was initially called “Caltex Floating Station”. They established the largest fully-integrated transportation system that opens air, land, and water freight forwarding services despite nationwide great disturbance in 1970. Finally, Delbros had to re-focus on managing its license operations and logistics facilities in 2007.
