Named as ‘Silicon Valley’ of water technologies, Israel has become a pioneering force worldwide from drip irrigation, to water recycling, reclamation, wastewater reuse and desalination. Israel is a major exporter of fresh produce. With farm workers making up only 4% of the workforce, Israel is producing 95% of its own food requirements. The forum aims to give a glimpse of the tech know-how, and solutions in Israel’s water and agri leadership and how Philippines can adapt and explore opportunities and collaboration.
